Today, my inspiration comes from my delish! board on pinterest. Its a yummy pasta dish inspired by the wonderful classic: Chicken Cordon Bleu.

The whole process was pretty easy and the recipe was simple, I already had everything in my pantry/freezer. It was a quick easy meal that my whole family really enjoyed. It was really easy and good and it reheats like a dream! day one = SUCCESS!
